Broadcasting Emails to Allegra Users

The system administrator can send broadcast emails to all or some Allegra system users.

To send a broadcast email, go to the Administration perspective. From the main menu select Server Administration > Send Email.

On the screen that appears, you can select users from the list of available users by selecting departments and then selecting or deselecting individual users.

Add email subject and text. Then send the email by clicking on the “Send Email” button on the toolbar area.
