First Steps¶
Before you can work with the system, you must log in.
First login as administrator¶
After the initial installation, you can log in as an administrator:
User: admin
Password: tissi
The administrator has all the rights and possibilities to configure the system. However, they are not automatically authorized to access projects or workspaces. You can later provide other users with administrator permissions.
Step 1: Change password¶
You should first change the password of the “admin” user (see Manage User Profile).
Step 2: Create additional users¶
The software is a team-oriented solution. Therefore, you can now start creating additional users. Later, the users can be imported from a directory server (LDAP, AD). You can find more details about user management under Manage Regular Users.
Step 3: Assign workspace roles¶
In order for users to be able to work in the system, you must assign them roles in at least one workspace (see Assign Roles).
