Lists for Custom Item Attributes

There are item attribute types that offer you a choice of predefined entries. You can create as many of these lists as you like and assign them to suitable item attributes globally or in a workspace.

• Manage Custom Lists: You can add custom lists, which you can then assign to the custom properties of a corresponding task type.

• Export Custom Lists: You can export custom lists to a specially formatted XML file that you can import into another Allegra instance. You can export only user-defined global lists, not standard lists such as state and item type.

• Import custom lists: You can import user-defined lists from a specially formatted XML file that you received from another Allegra instance or created manually.

• Import Rules for Lists: You can export custom lists to XML files and import custom lists from XML files. There are some rules that govern the import process when importing existing lists.
