Overview and Navigation

Allegra offers functions on all levels to help you get a quick overview and work with the items of interest.

For this purpose, “perspectives” are provided for different use cases, which offer views corresponding to a specific purpose. At the team level, this is primarily the Scrum perspective, which supports the agile workflow for a team. At the program and portfolio level, these are primarily the task management perspective and the project management perspective. Except for the Scrum perspective, all perspectives provide the ability to represent and process items across departments.

A central element for editing and navigation is the Task Navigator. This offers different views, among others, an Agile Board or a Kanban Board. All views allow you to display and edit items across workspaces.
