Scrum Overview¶
The Scrum perspective offers a number of views that enable you to work according to the Scrum method.
While Allegra gives you a user-centric view across all your projects almost everywhere, the Scrum view requires you to select a specific project to work on. All views relate to that project.
The main menu is similar to your typical Scrum workflow:
You create a project.
You assign people to the project team.
You create a product backlog.
You collect user stories or epics in the backlog.
You define sprints and assign user stories to the sprints and break them down into tasks.
Team members take the tasks and work on them.
You monitor the work progress using the burndown chart.
Allegra provides a dedicated view for each of these steps and corresponding functional support.
